Welcome to my website. I've just uploaded some images from weddings that I'd shot recently. I've been shooting landscapes and travel themes for about 15 years. I found weddings and portraits are good things to be occupied with when you're at port. What I enjoy about weddings and related events is that people are looking good and everyone is exhuding joy. I try to capture emotions in a natural way, as they happen, without making them pose awkwardly. This is both challenging and fun. I use pro equipment and only shoot in a format called RAW, never JPEG. This allows me to work on the images to get exactly the effect that I visualised when I shot it. It takes a little longer but the results are worth it. With JPEG, you get what is edited in-camera based on an algorithm (or formula) designed to give you an average result, regardless of the finer nuances of the individual image.
